I have been wondering why many women call their husbands and boyfriends “my baby,” “honey,” or “sweetheart.” But think about it—why not just call him Daddy?

A husband is like a father  in the home. He takes care of his wife, provides for her needs, ensures her safety, and supports her in life.

Just as a father is responsible for his children, a husband plays a key role in his wife’s well-being.

So why call such a responsible man “baby”?

Married women, stop acting foolishly.

Married men, stop behaving like children.

A husband is not a baby, he is a leader, a provider, and a protector.

You are not a baby; you are Daddy—a man of wisdom and strength.

No wonder men are often treated like children when they allow themselves to be called “baby.”

Even in the Bible, Sarah called her husband “my lord” as a sign of respect.

A full-grown man should not be addressed as a baby. Is this true love, or just emotional attachment and lust?

Let’s bring back respect in marriage.
